For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If, for whatever reason, you feel that you would like to send your goods back for an exchange or refund please read the following carefully.
- • If you are not happy with your goods please return them to us within 14 days of receipt
- • We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
- • On receipt of the goods returned for a refund you will be refunded the amount paid for the goods and the initial delivery charge (if applicable)
- • We strongly recommend you obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
- • We will only refund the return costs of postage (to a maximum of £3.95) where the item returned is deemed faulty by www.yorkshirelinen.com.
- • Before sending your returns please contact us by telephone or email to obtain a refund authorization number and complete the returns form included with your order.
- • Refunds will be made to the card used for original payment and will be processed within 5 days of receipt of returned goods.
